摘    要:针对某型电动机温升超限问题,建立了故障树模型。通过引入模糊集的概念,将常规故障树中基本事件的发生概率模糊化。采用模糊故障树方法得到了电动机顶事件(温升超限)发生的模糊概率,并对电动机温升超限的主要原因进行了分析,提出了改进措施。

Abstract:A fuzzy fault tree model was established to analyze the factors which affecting the motortemperature rise.Fuzzy set based fault tree method was introduced,which transforms fuzzy members into fuzzy ones.The occurrence fuzzy probability of a top event(motor temperature rise) was worked out by this method.The most important factors which influencing motor temperature rise were found and some improve methods were utilized to make motor temperature rise lower.
