摘    要:对智能控制的真空差压反重力铸造的真空度、充型压力、升压时间和结晶压力等主要工艺参数进行了优化分析.研究结果表明,这些参数对薄壁铸件充型能力影响程度的大小依次为升压时间、结晶压力、真空度、充型压力.缩短升压时间,充型能力会大大提高;增大结晶压力,金属液在凝固阶段的补缩作用得到加强,充型能力增强;真空度越高,铸型中的反压就越小,充型能力提高;充型压力增大,充型的初始动量变大,有利于增强金属液对薄壁铸件的充填.

Abstract:Experiment studied four main technology parameters-degree of vacuum, filling pressure, rising pressure time, crystal pressure of vacuum counter-pressure casting based on Intelligent Control by orthogonal test. The study indicated effect extent of four main technology parameter on filling ability of thin-walled castings was rising pressure time, crystal pressure, degree of vacuum, filling pressure in turn. When shorting rising pressure time, that is to say, rising required pressure in short time, filling ability was improved greatly. When increasing crystal pressure, solidification feeding of molten metal enhanced in solidification moment and filling ability was improved. The vacuum degree was a very important function, the higher vacuum degree was, the lower oppose pressure was in the mould, the stronger filling ability was. When the filling pressure increased, the initial momentum of filling became heavy. It was benefit to filling the thin-walled casting, and the filling ability was improved too.
