一种基于混沌的自适应免疫进化算法

摘    要:基于免疫系统的克隆选择机理,利用混沌序列的遍历性,将混沌序列引入算法初始群体的产生和抗体的扩展过程,设计出新的扩展算子,从而提出一种基于混沌的自适应免疫进化算法。用不同测试函数进行仿真实验,结果表明该算法有效,并能以较快的速度完成给定范围的搜索和优化任务。

Abstract:Based on clonal selection principle in the immune system and the ergodic property of the chaotic sequence,the chaotic sequence is introduced to the generation of the initial population and expansion of the antibody to design a new expansion operator,thus an self ̄adaptive immune evolutionary algorithm is proposed.The algorithm is used for optimization under different testing functions and the simulating result shows that,the algorithm is valid,it can perform searching in a given range and carry out the optimization task in a high rate.
