摘    要:细胞粘附研究因其重要价值日益成为生命科学和组织工程领域的研究热点。运用压电传感技术研究细胞粘附行为具有实时、高灵敏及动态的独特优势,为细胞粘附的研究提供了更为科学全面的信息。该文就肝癌细胞粘附的压电生物传感芯片研究进行了实验探讨和动力学分析,以及扫描电镜(SEM)和双胰酶消化法(DTA)双向实验验证和声阻抗模型理论分析,建立了压电生物传感芯片研究细胞粘附的新方法。

Abstract:The research on cells adhesion became more and more hot in biomedical engineering and tissue engineering field.Because of advantages as real-time,high-sensitivity and continuty,the piezoelectric biosensor chip will be a good tool for the study of cells adhesion.The technique will provide more scientific and all-around information on cells adhesion.Some experiments were done to study liver cancer cells adhesion behavior by Piezoelectric biosensor chip,as well as the analysis of the dynamic process and acoustic impedance concept theory.The new method-piezoelectric biosensor chip was build for the research of cells adhesion after tested by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and double trypsin assay(DTA).
