汽油深度脱硫技术进展

摘    要:汽车尾气带来的环境污染日益严重,汽油中的硫含量90%来自催化裂化(FCC),降低FCC汽油中的硫含量是关键。笔从加氢脱硫和非加氢脱硫两方面介绍了国内外开发和应用的FCC汽油脱硫技术,重点介绍6种选择性加氢脱硫技术和7种非加氢脱硫技术。简要介绍这些技术使用的催化剂、吸附剂等其他助剂、工艺操作条件、脱硫效果、汽油辛烷值和汽油收率,结果认为选择加氢脱硫技术效果好,但能耗大,而吸附脱硫和氧化脱硫及生物脱硫等非加氢脱硫技术将是目前研究的热点。

Abstract:With the increase of environment pollution from tail gas of vehicles, and 90 % of sulfur in gasoline produced from fluid catalytic cracking, decrease of sulfur content in FCC gasoline becomes more and more important. The development and application of FCC gasoline desulfurization technology at home and abroad were introduced in the terms of hydrogenation desulfuration and nonhydrogenation desulfurazation, with the emphasis on six selective hy-grogenation desulfurization technologies and seven non - hydrogenation desulfurization technologies. The catalysts and other aid such as adsorbent, process conditions, decreasing effect, octane number of gasoline and yield of gasoline were briefly introduced. The result shows that the effect using selective hydrogenation desulfurazation is good with high comsuption of energy, while non - hydrogenation desulfurization including desulfurization by adsorption, oxidation and biological method will become the focus of current research.
