热轧带钢无头轧制动态变规格控制技术

摘    要:介绍了首钢京唐钢铁联合有限责任公司MCCR无头轧制生产线的工艺布置和技术特点,以及FGC控制原理。着重分析了无头轧制动态变规格FGC技术的控制过程、过程控制系统的设定,以及通过基础自动化的实现。FGC模拟控制结果表明,各机架辊缝设定和控制变化平稳,轧制力分布合理,过渡区满足设计要求。

Abstract:Five key techniques, i. e. decreasing rolling temperature, great draught, controlled rolling and cooling, micro-alloying and high efficient cooling, used in semi-continuous bar rolling line to develop reduced steel rolling technology were introduced. The compositive properties of product was improved, and energy consumption and cost were decreased.
