齿轮箱结构噪声预测

摘    要:从齿轮传动系统的动力学仿真出发,利用有限元分析求解齿轮箱的动态响应,将响应结果作为边界条件,由边界元方法对齿轮箱结构噪声进行预测,同时对齿轮箱辐射噪声进行了声强测试,并与预测结果进行比较。结果表明,该方法能够有效预测齿轮箱结构噪声的声学特性,为齿轮箱的噪声控制与结构优化提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the gear transmission system is simulated by dynamic simulation software. The dynamic response of the gearbox is calculated by means of the finite element method. The structure noise of the gearbox is predicted by using boundary element method with the obtained dynamic response as the boundary condition. Meanwhile, the sound intensity of the structure noise of the gearbox is tested and compared with the predicted result. The results indicate that this method can accurately predict the radiation noise characteristics of the gearbox. This work provides a reliable basis for gearbox noise control and structural optimization.
