摘    要:一种新的修正方法──正等距加负移距来改善大速比摆线针轮减速机的整机性能,提高其承载能力.建立了优化设计数学模型,进行了样机试验和对比,并从理论上分析了采用正等加负移距修形可大幅度提高其承载能力的原因.

Abstract:A new teeth profile modified method-the positive equidistance combined with negative shift is presented by which the properties and loading capacity of big rate cycloid reducer have been improved.The math model o{ optimal design has been established and the contrast experiment for sample machine has also been proceeded.Moreover,the reason of increasing its loading capacity with great amplitude is defined by theoretical analysis of using modification of positive equidistance combined with negetive shift is presented here.
