80t转炉复吹冶炼过程脱氮机理研究

摘    要:在80t复吹转炉中进行的试验表明,复吹冶炼过程中钢液中C、O的变化对钢液中氮含量有较为明显的影响;冶炼过程中脱氮反应表现为一级反应。在此基础上,作者重新探讨了复吹冶炼过程中钢液的脱氮机理,给出了较为合理的解释。

Abstract:Experimental results of an 80 t combined blown converter show that changes of carbon and oxygen in steel affect obviously the nitrogen content in steel and the denitrification reaction in the process of refining is the first - order one and thereupon the present paper discusses the mechanism of denitrification of the hot metal in the combined blown process and gives it a more appropriate explanation.
