无轴承感应电机悬浮绕组独立控制仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了无轴承感应电机的悬浮原理及悬浮绕组独立控制的基本思想。将无轴承感应电机等效成2台电机,即转矩电机和悬浮电机,按照电压模型法建立转矩绕组气隙磁链观测器,结合位移调节器计算出悬浮绕组的电流。建立了无轴承感应电机悬浮绕组独立控制的Matlab/Simu-link仿真模型;仿真结果合理。

Abstract:In this paper the levitation principle of bearingless induction motor is described.The basic idea of independent control of levitation winding is analyzed.The bearingless induction motor can be equal to two equivalent motors-torque producing motor and suspension motor.According to the voltage-model method the flux linkage observer which identifies the air gap flux linkage of torque winding is developed.The current of levitation winding can be calculated by means of the displacement controller and the flux observer.The simulation model of the independent control of levitation winding with matlab/simulink is proposed and the result is reasonable.
