奥氏体不锈钢铅液池裂纹修复

摘    要:纯奥氏体不锈钢焊接难度较大。奥氏体不锈钢铅液池进行国产化制作,要求焊接后进行固溶处理,固溶处理后经探伤发现焊缝上有大量的裂纹。通过对材料、固溶处理工艺、焊接工艺研究分析,找出了产生焊接裂纹缺陷的原因,采用适于奥氏体不锈钢焊接修复的焊接材料,并采用适当的焊接工艺,成功地进行了焊接修复。

Abstract:Repairing welding is difficult on the purity austenitic stainless steel material. After the homemade welding building of the lead liquid pool of austenitic stainless steel, solution treatment is demanded. A lot of cracks were found on the weld by inspection after the solution treatment. By studying and analyzing, the reason that caused the cracks were found. And by using the proper material and proper welding method, the repair was finished successfully.
