摘    要:液化天然气(LNG)储罐区的安全运行是LNG接收站安全运行的关键所在。为了能快速准确地对罐区进行安全评价,为LNG接收站的安全运行提供有力的保障,参照NFPA59A《液化天然气(LNG)生产、储存和装运标准》、GB50028-2006《城镇燃气设计规范》和GB50183—2004《石油天然气工程设计防火规范》的有关规定,借助于VB语言开发了一套软件对LNG接收站罐区进行安全评价。此软件根据接收站罐区的具体情况分别从拦蓄区体积、泵房与罐组的距离、防火间距、储罐间距、人员操作情况、设备状况、监控及日常运行和安全消防等8个主要方面给出评价结果,对于存在安全隐患的环节提出改进措施。

Abstract:The safe operation of liquefied natural gas(LNG)tank zone is crucial for LNG receiving station's safe operation. In order to evaluate the safe of the tank zone quickly and accurately, and to provide strong protection for the safe operation of the LNG receiving station, the VB language was used to develop a set of visual program for evaluating the safe of the LNG receiving station tank zone,referring to the relevant standards of NFPA59A《Standard for the Production, Storage,and Handling of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)》, GB 50028-2006《 Code for Design of City Gas Engineering》 and GB 50183-2004《Code for Fire Protection Design of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering》. In accordance with the specific circumstances of tank zone receiving station, the software will give evaluation results from eight major aspects, which are the volume of impounding area,the distance between pumping stations and tank group, fire spacing, tank spacing,personnel operating condition, equipment status, control and day to-day operation and safety fire protection and so on. In addition, this software gives some improvement measures for the potential safety problems.
