摘    要:厦门怡山商业中心裙楼设33根柱下抗拔桩及21根纯抗拔桩,采用无黏结预应力技术,桩身直径1.4m,桩身空孔直径2.4m,单桩竖向承载力4 200kN。介绍了预应力筋安装、预应力筋与钢管柱定位环板相交问题处理、预应力筋张拉及抗拔试验等关键技术。解决了施工过程中预应力筋向下滑落、桩底预应力固定端局部承压、桩顶标高以上部分预应力筋保护等问题,取得良好效果。

Abstract:Thirty three uplift piles under columns and twenty one uplift piles is designed in podium of Yishan Commercial Center in Xiamen.The unbonded prestressed technology is adopted for the uplift piles with 1.4m diameter and 2.4m holes.The bearing capacity of single pile is 4 200kN.Key technologies of the unbonded prestressed uplift piles are introduced including installation of prestressed steel bars,treatment of intersecting of prestressed steel bars and location circle-plates for the steel columns,tension of t...
