吴江市震泽中学体育场钢屋盖吊装及张拉研究

摘    要:吴江市震泽中学体育场分为东、西2个看台,东区跨度为170.7m,主骨架为梭柱斜拉索网格结构,西区跨度为224.0m,主骨架为背拉索大悬挑网格结构。根据东、西区屋盖受力特点,东区拉索随梭柱一同吊装,一次张拉到位,胎架主动脱架、屋盖自然成型的方法;西区采用一次张拉,通过胎架落架使拉索达到设计值的方法。采用Midas软件对拉索张拉方案进行仿真模拟,确定了张拉的可行性和监控要点,为整个屋盖的施工提供了数据支持。

Abstract:Zhenze Middle School Stadium in Wujiang is composed of east part and west part.Span of east part is 170.7m which mechanical system is gird structure with angled prestressed cable.Span of west part is 224.0m which mechanical system is projecting truss with back prestressed cable.Based on stress characteristics of the two parts,installation method that shuttle column and cables are hoisted simultaneously,then tensioned in place once for all and roof forming naturally is adopted in east part,while installation...
