浸渍还原法对DMFC阳极催化剂的影响

摘    要:采用三种不同还原方法制备直接甲醇燃料电池PtRu/C阳极催化剂。TEM测试结果显示,乙二醇还原法制备的催化剂具有较小的平均粒径,且催化剂粒子在载体表面分布均匀。循环伏安测试表明,乙二醇还原法和甲醛还原法制备的催化剂具有较低的起始氧化电位和较高的甲醇氧化电流密度。计时电流法试验表明,乙二醇还原法制备的催化剂活性衰减较慢,具有较高的电化学稳定性.

Abstract:DMFC anode catalyst PtRu/C was prepared by three different reduction methods.TEM test showed that the catalyst prepared by ethylene glycol method has smaller average particle size and is distributed on the support surface homogeneously.Cyclic voltammetry test showed that the catalysts prepared by ethylene glycol reduction and formaldehyde reduction have low initial oxidation potentials and high methanol oxidative current densities.Chronoamperometry test showed that the catalyst prepared by ethylene glycol r...
