螺栓球加工精度对网格结构受力性能的影响

摘    要:以太原机场新航站楼屋盖钢结构为工程背景,对螺栓球节点的屋面网格结构在螺栓孔空间角度存在不同加工误差的情况采用管结构计算机辅助设计与制造系统软件STCAD进行分析,并将各种情况下结构杆件的轴力、剪力、弯矩及应力比进行对比,归纳出螺栓球加工误差对螺栓球节点网格结构的影响规律。

Abstract:Based on the project of the Taiyuan Airport New Terminal Building,the main structure which adopts bolt joints is analyzed by STCAD in the conditions of different maximum angles between neighboring apertures,and members axial force,shearing force,bending moment and stress ratio respectively in each condition are compared.In this way,the law of the influence on different forces in reticulated structure due to the bolt balls machining error is obtained.
