| 摘 要： | 广州亚运会自行车馆屋盖结构为大跨度网壳结构,其主要构件超重、超长,主桁架跨度大、高度高,吊装难度大。椭圆形钢屋架采用现场拼装、分段吊装的方法进行施工。屋面钢屋架可分为环形约束桁架、径向桁架、单层网壳、加劲桁架、装饰桁架等部分。着重从屋面管桁架拼装、吊装、测量、卸载等方面介绍了广州亚运会自行车馆工程钢结构施工工艺。

| Abstract: | The steel roof of Guangzhou Velodrome for the 16th Asian Games adopts large-span shells structure.The main components are super heavy and long,and the large span main truss is difficult to install at high altitude.The oval steel roof is assembled in field with multi-segments including circle constrains truss,radial truss,single-layer shell,stiffening truss and decorating truss.The construction process of steel roof is introduced from assembling,lifting,measuring and unloading of steel pipe truss in the roof... |
