埋地钢质管道外防腐蚀状况综合评价方法

摘    要:通过对管中电流法、近间距管对地电位测量法和直流电位梯度法等常用埋地钢质管道外防腐蚀检测方法的实际应用,对不同优缺点进行了分析总结,并结合大庆油田埋地钢质管道腐蚀与防护状况,提出了油田埋地钢质管道外防腐蚀状况综合评价方法。应用结果表明,该评价方法具有准确性高、简便适用的特点。评价结果对于指导油田已建埋地钢质管道大修规划、设计,优化管道大修工程投资以及促进管道安全运行等具有重要意义。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of different testing methods for buried pipeline external corrosion protection are analyzed,such as in-pipe electric current technique,electric potential technique of short pipe length and DC potential gradient technique etc.A comprehensive evaluation method for the external corrosion protection of buried steel pipeline in oil filed is proposed based upon specific corrosion and protection conditions of buried steel pipelines in Daqing Oil Field.The application proves that this method is high in accuracy and easy in operation.The evaluation results are very significant for overhaul planning,engineering,maintenance costs optimization and reliable operation of buried steel pipelines.
