| 摘 要： | 我国矿产资源"大而不强",未来10年是我国由矿产资源大国走向矿产资源强国的关键阶段。本文系统建立了包含矿产资源稳定供应能力、国际经略能力和可持续发展能力的矿产资源强国三维评价指标体系,运用该评价体系,对包括美国、中国在内的10个全球矿产资源国家进行了评价,结果显示:参与评价的10个矿产资源国,美国、日本、澳大利亚和加拿大4个国家是矿产资源强国,中国、南非、俄罗斯3个国家是矿产资源大国,巴西和印度是矿产资源弱国,英国是衰败的矿产资源强国。根据美国、日本、澳大利亚和加拿大4个国家的强国经验,本文总结了典型矿产资源强国的7个特征,并据此提出了我国矿产资源战略建议。
