摘    要:温度测试对于航空发动机设计与研制有极其重要的意义.航空发动机高温测试技术主要应用于热端部件高温燃气与壁面温度的测量,对于发动机燃气涡轮设计和了解燃烧室中的燃烧过程具有重要意义.主要介绍了热电偶测温、示温漆测温、红外光谱测温、晶体测温、蓝宝石光纤测温、超声波测温等目前航空发动机高温测试的方法及特点,对航空发动机高温测量方法的应用现状进行了分析,并对航空发动机高温测试技术的发展趋势进行了预测.

Abstract:Temperature testing is of great importance to the design and development of aero-engines.Aero-engine high temperature testing technology is mainly used to measure the temperature of the hot-end components high tempetature gas and wall,which is significant to design the turbine engines and understand the burning process of fuel cell.The methods and characteristics of the high temperature measuring technologies such as thermocouple,chameleon paint,infrared spectroscopy,crystal,sapphire firber,ultrasonic thermometry,are mainly introduced.Meanwhile,the application status of high temperature measuring methods with aero-engines is analyzed.Finally,the development trend of aero-engine high temperature testing technology is forecasted.
