| 摘 要： | 参照尿素中缩二脲含量的测定方法 (分光光度法),加入适量的氢氧化钠溶液,调节聚磷酸铵溶液至碱性,建立了聚磷酸铵中缩二脲含量的检验方法。该方法的相对标准偏差1.88%,加标回收率为96.40%~102.40%,测定结果与高效液相色谱法一致,准确度高,重现性好。

| Abstract: | With reference to the determination method (spectrophoto metric method) of biuret content in urea, the determination method of biuret in ammonium polyphosphate is achieved, adding proper sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value of ammonium polyphosphate to alkaline. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of this method is under 1.88%, the addition recovery rate is 96.40%- 102.40%. The measure results are uniform with high performance liquid chromatography. The method is proved to be accurate and reliable, and has a good repeatability. |
