摘    要:在无公网覆盖的偏远地区,居民用电信息的自动化采集是一个历史性难题。研制了一种基于北斗短报文通信的用电信息采集系统。研制的电表数据采集与传输设备可以按多种工作模式采集电表数据,并进行数据拆包、北斗协议封装、北斗短报文传输;同时研制的主站端接收设备可以完成北斗短报文接收、数据解析、组包和补包操作。实际测试结果表明,所研制系统的用电信息采集成功率可达98.9%,可以作为偏远地区居民用电信息采集的一种高效可靠的方案。

Abstract:In remote areas without public network coverage, the electricity information acquisition is a historic technical problem. An electricity information acquisition system based on Beidou short message communication is developed. The developed data collection and transmission equipment can collect electricity data in multiple modes, and carry out data segmentation, Beidou protocol packet and remote transmission. Meanwhile, the main station equipment can implement Beidou short message receiving, data parsing and packet reassembly & patching. The testing results show that the success ratio of electricity information acquisition of the developed system can reach 98.9 %,so it can be used as an efficient and reliable solution for the electricity information acquisition in remote areas.
