摘    要:为明确夏季投加氮肥、磷肥对鱼塘水质的影响,对投肥前后鱼塘水质进行监测,并选取pH值、溶解氧(DO)、化学需氧量(COD)、铵态氮、硝酸盐氮、亚硝酸盐氮、总氮、有效磷8项因子,研究投肥前后鱼塘上层、下层水质变化。结果表明:鱼塘投入氮肥、磷肥后湖水的pH值、溶解氧含量、COD、总氮含量、亚硝酸盐含量均显著增加(P0.05)。投肥后第1天下层湖水铵态氮含量显著增加(P0.05),水体的硝态氮含量略有下降,但不显著(P0.05)。投肥后第3天湖水铵态氮含量显著降低(P0.05),硝态氮含量显著升高(P0.05)。与投肥前相比,鱼塘投肥后上、下两层湖水有效磷含量均有所下降,但不显著(P0.05)。

Abstract:In order to study the effects of dosing nitrogen fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer on fish pond water quality, fish pond water is monitored before and after fertilizing, pH, DO, COD, ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, TN and available phosphorus are selected as indicators to study the changes in water quality of both upper and lower parts of fishponds. The results indicate that compared with unfertilized, pH, DO, COD, TN and nitrite nitrogen are significantly increased (P<0.05) after fertilizing nitrogen and phosphorus. On the first day after fertilizing, ammonium nitrogen of lower part is significantly increased (P<0.05), nitrate and nitrite nitrogen are slightly decreased (P>0.05) . On the third day after fertilizing, ammonium nitrogen of fishpond is significantly decreased while nitrate and nitrite nitrogen are significantly increased (P<0.05) . Compared with unfertilized, available phosphorus in both upper and lower part of fish pond is decreased, but not significantly (P>0.05).
