磷酸压滤渣制备过磷酸钙

摘    要:采用硫酸分解磷酸压滤渣制备过磷酸钙,考察硫酸加入量、压滤渣加入量、硫酸浓度、分解温度、分解时间等主要工艺控制条件对磷矿转化率、过磷酸钙产品质量的影响。磷酸压滤渣加入量(占磷矿粉质量分数)在15%以上时,过磷酸钙产品w(P_2O_5)≥18.0%,达到GB20413—2006优等品指标,磷酸压滤渣加入量低于15%时,产品w(P_2O_5)≥16.0%,达到一等品指标。为利用磷酸压滤渣制备优质过磷酸钙提供基础依据,对装置设计、实现生产应用提供优化的工艺参数、控制条件和技术支持。

Abstract:The SSP is produced by using sulfuric acid to decompose the filter residue of phosphoric acid, the effects of sulfuric acid amount, filter residue amount, sulfuric acid concentration, temperature, time etc. on conversion rate of phosphate and SSP quality are investigated. When the filter residue amount is more than 15% of phosphate rock, the w(P2O5) of SSP product is more than 18.0%, which can meet the requirement of GB20413—2006 superior product;When the filter residue amount is less than 15.0% of phosphate rock,the w (P2O5) of SSP product is 16.0%- 18.0%, which can meet the requirement of the first grade product. It provides the basis data for SSP production with filter residue of phosphoric acid, and technical support for device design and implement production application.
