| 摘 要： | 民营企业想要延长自己的寿命,实现可持续发展,唯一的办法就是创新。该文结合浙江省民营企业生命周期各阶段的不同特征,从技术创新、制度创新、管理创新三方面进行比较研究,来分析民营企业生命周期不同阶段中创新模式及战略的选择。

| Abstract: | The only way for private enterprises to prolong their lifespan and realize their sustained growth is innovation. This article, through comparatively study on technology innovation, management innovation, system innovation combining with Zhejiang's private enterprise's different characteristics in different lifecycle stages, analyzes the private enterprise's innovation model and strategy in the different lifecycle stages. |
