辽河油区调整区块安全钻井技术实践

随着辽河油田进入开采中后期,老区稳产增产成为主要课题。多年的注采开发,导致地层压力异常,固井质量要求越来越高,井网密集,老区块的调整井、水平井等的防碰问题严峻,调整区块安全钻井问题日益突出。鉴于此,结合井下故障数据库,逐步建立了辽河油区调整区块施工风险评估和消减措施模板,并形成了一套有针对性的调整区块安全钻井技术,包括承压堵漏技术、松软地层大井眼定向技术、老井封井技术等。通过推广应用新技术,2010～2012年辽河曙采区块、欢采区块共完成调整井钻井121口,同比共节约钻井周期326d,节约钻井成本1956万元。通过模板的实施,各项钻井技术指标得到明显改善,曙光杜84区块事故复杂率由2010年的8.36%下降到2012年的6.01%。调整区块安全钻井技术的实施,可进一步巩固传统交易市场,并逐步进入调整区块开展区块总包业务。

Safe Drilling Technology Practice in Adjustment Block of Liaohe Oilfield

Along with the development of Liaohe oilfield has entered middle and later stage,stable and incremental production of the old blocks has been the major topic.Years of injection-production development leads to abnormal formation pressure,higher cementing quality requirements and dense well network.Anti-collision among the adjustment wells and horizontal wells in old blocks is serious and safe drilling in the adjustment blocks has become increasingly prominent.Based on the downhole failure database,operation risk assessment and mitigation measures template is established gradually and a series of safe drilling technology for the adjustment blocks is formed including mud loss control under pressure technology,large hole directional well technology in soft stratum and old well sealing technology and so on.After new technologies are popular ized and applied,121 adjustment wells were drilled in Shucai and Huancai blocks of Liaohe oilfield from 2010 to 2012 with 326d of drilling cycle and 19.56 million yuan of drilling cost saved compared with the same period of last year.After the implementation of the template,each drilling technology index has been improved obviously and complicated ratio of the failure in Du84 block of Shuguang oilfield decreased from 8.36% in 2010 to 6.01% in 2012.The implementation of the safe drilling technology may make traditional trade market stronger and block contracting business of the adjustment blocks will be carried out gradually.
