| 摘 要： | 河川具备吸引人的流动性.“水”资源,同时提供广阔的游憩空间,更代表了一个城市人文、社会及经济发展的历史痕迹.为提升新北市河川高滩地的整体水岸景观,本计划致力于河滨公园现有的空间重塑,并改善水岸空间的使用机能.除此之外,也整体性与全面性地打造一系列具有特色的河滨魅力据点,达到河滨绿化、美化、生态化的美丽愿景.注入新气象,让市民重新再回到与河川溪流紧紧依偎、密不可分的空间使用形态.
