基于MSP430的超声波热量表的设计

摘    要:设计以超低功耗单片机MSP430F4371为主要控制器的小管道热量表。采用高精度时间测量芯片TDC-GP21实现温度测量并通过超声波实现管道液体流量测量;采用M-BUS和红外实现通信并数据加密,可实现现场手持仪抄表和远程抄表;采用汉显,方便居民查看。通过校表台试验,本产品功耗低、误差小于1%且稳定。

Design of Ultrasonic Heat Meter Based on MSP430
Abstract:Designed a kind of heat meter of small pipe with the super low power MSP430F4371 as the main controller. The measurement of temperature was realized by time interval measurement chip TDC-GP21 with high precision and the measurement of flow was also realized by the chip with ultrasonic; through MBUS and infrared with data-encrypting, this paper realized remote meter reading and live meter reading with hand instruments; it is convenient for residents to check with Chinese character display. Tests on the calibration table show that the designed products with errors under 1% are low power and stable.
