“宝藏岩历史断面”公共艺术营造(浮萍.光影一线.大花咸丰草)

宝藏岩所在位置是台北市唯一没有人工堤坊的水岸.本案地景艺术的呈现,从规划设计到施工完成维护管理,各阶段都有着有关部门、民众及规划团队的协调合作关系.笔者以文化保存的心态,将“宝藏岩历史断面”以完全不增减的方式,作了忠实的保留；以环境资源的角度,将宝藏岩的天、地、人累积而成独特的山城空间魅力以地景整地的手法,作了完整的铺陈；以连续大自然的理念,将宝藏岩的小观音山与临接的新店溪,以拆捕互见的工法,作了最直接有效的通连；又以艺术创作的概念,将宝藏岩的空间与时间,以灯光设计的形成,作了抒情的展演.宝藏岩历史断面与新店溪水岸的关系,在经过本工程巧妙地链接作业后,不仅让都市角落成长的累积“被看见”,也让台北市民,多了一处舒筋展骨、自由表演创作,可以观水赏绿、观星、悠游的好去处.
