| Abstract: | Three-dimensional response spectrum method in seismic analysis are introduced,reveals the accuracy and drawbacks by comparing it with American "100/30 Rule" through a special example.In addition,the paper discusses the effect of improving the response spectrum method by Chinese codes. |
