UV固化水性环氧树脂的改性研究

摘    要:用顺丁烯二酸酐对双酚A型环氧树脂(E-51)进行化学改性引入亲水性基团和不饱和基团,成盐后制得UV固化水性环氧树脂体系。确定了最佳的原料配比、反应温度和时间,并利用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:该改性E-51环氧树脂可与水以不同的配比形成水溶液或水乳液,体系具有优良的稳定性;该体系可用紫外光固化。

Abstract:By ring-opening reaction with maleic anhydride, the epoxy groups of Bisphenol A epoxy resin (E-51) is opened and hydrophilic groups and unsaturated groups are introduced, then neutralized with alkali, forming the UV waterborne epoxy resin. The optimum ratio of the reactants, reaction time and temperature were finalized, and the structure of the modified resin was characterized by use of IR. It has shown that the modified resin can be mixed with water forming water solution or emulsion, which has good stability, and can be cured by UV ray.
