摘    要:激光远场光斑测量对描述激光束的远场性能,评价激光器以及系统的实际工作性能具有重要意义,通过比较激光光斑远场直接测量与间接测量的优缺点,提出使用单片机控制的探测器阵列进行远场光斑直接测量.描述了系统结构,分析了关键技术,给出了主要程序的框图.该系统能够测量激光光斑大小、形状、总能量、能量分布、重心、束散角等参数,可适用于多种重复频率的激光器,测量面积大、精度高,实时性好,为激光束绝对空间能量分布的测量提供了有效手段。

Abstract:It is very important to measure the laser spot energy distribution in the field for describing the laser beam performances and evaluating the lasers and operational performances. After comparison between the laser spot direct measurement and indirect measurement in the field, the concept of laser spot direct measurement controlled by the monolithic computer in the field is presented. The system structure is described, the key technologies are analyzed, and the main software diagram is provided. The parameters, such as laser spot size, shape, total energy, energy distribution, scattering angle etc, could be measured. With the advantages of larger measurement size, higher accuracy, better real-time, it will be applicable to most of repetition-rate lasers and will be an efficient method for measuring the laser beam absolute spatial energy distribution.
