摘    要:以801耐热增效剂、草酸铁、130#氧化铁、3602#氧化铁和纳米氧化铁为抗氧剂,研究了抗氧剂对双组分缩合型室温硫化有机硅密封剂耐热性能的影响。实验结果表明,在双组分缩合型室温硫化有机硅密封剂体系中,添加801耐热增效剂的密封剂耐热性能最优,其余抗氧剂的效果依次为草酸铁、130#氧化铁和3602#氧化铁,纳米氧化铁最差。

Abstract:Using 801 heat-resistance synergist,iron(III) oxalate hexanhydrate,130~# Fe_2O_3,3602~# Fe_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 nanoparticle as the antioxidants,their effects on heat resistance were investigated in the two-part silicone sealant.The result showed that the 801 heat-resistance synergist was the most effective antioxidant in the two-part silicone sealant,then iron(III) oxalate hexanhydrate,130~# Fe_2O_3 and 3602~# Fe_2O_3 were in the next place and Fe_2O_3 nanoparticle was the worst.
