聚合物-无机纤维复合泡沫材料吸声性能的研究

摘    要:以聚合物和无机纤维为主要原料,用化学发泡方法制成了一种新型泡沫吸声材料,它具有质轻,阻燃强度大,成本低的特点,尤其是它在中低频范围内具有优异的吸声性能,克服了一般多孔性吸声材料在低频处吸声性能欠佳的缺陷,文中对发泡剂用量,无机纤维用量,交联剂用量及空腔对材料吸声性能的影响进行了测试分析,结果表明,这些因素对材料吸声性能均有重要影响。

Abstract:A new type sound absorbing foamed composites mainly made from inorganic fiber and polymer has been produced by the thermal decomposition of chemical blowing agents. The benefits offered by such samples include flame retardancy, high specific stiffness, and less mass and lower material costs per unit volume. Most importantly, the foam has excellent sound absorbent properties at both medium frequencies and low frequencies. This overcomes the defect that general porous sound absorbing materials have poor acoustic performances at low frequencies. In this present paper, the sound absorption coefficient of the foamed materials has been measured and analyzed with standing wave method when some important variables in the formulation change. These variables include the blowing agent content, inorganic fiber content, cross linking agent content, and the cavity depth at the foam back. The measurement results show that the variables have great effects on the acoustic absorption performance of the samples.
