溶剂脱沥青-蜡油掺脱沥青油加氢-沥青造气组合工艺应用

摘    要:介绍了溶剂脱沥青—蜡油掺脱沥青油加氢—沥青造气组合工艺的应用情况。蜡油加氢装置通过增加保护剂用量,装置成功掺炼脱沥青油;化肥装置通过增加炭黑闪蒸过滤系统,气化炉完全使用脱油沥青作原料。组合工艺的应用不仅提高了企业的劣质渣油加工能力,同时改善了产品结构。

Abstract:Commercial application of a combination technology, solvent deasphalting with hy- drotreating of VGO blending DAO and gasification of asphalt, was introduced. Through increasing the dose of the protecting catalyst, the hydrotreating unit could process the mixture of VGO and DAO. The gasification furnace could completely use deoiling asphalt as feedstock after adding carbon black flashing and filtering system in the fertilizer unit. The combination technology not only increased the processing capacity of residue but also improved the structure of products.
