摘    要:综述了碳纳米管的电磁性能和用金属及合金包覆碳纳米管的研究现状,介绍了碳纳米管的应用的最新进展如场效应晶体管、场发射器件等.展望了碳纳米管在微电子领域的发展趋势.

Abstract:In this paper, some of recent advances in research on the electrical and magnetic properties of carbon nanotubes are reviewed. Several of preparation methods of metal and alloy coating on carbon nanotubes are also reviewed. Some potential microelectronic applications of carbon nanotubes are described, such as field effect transistors and field-emission devices. Future directions are also forecast.
