基于夹紧状态的棒料高速精密剪切适宜剪切温度的研究

摘    要:针对高速剪切技术中影响断面质量的重要参数—温度,通过考虑形变功和剪切过程中的热量散失影响而引起的剪切带温度变化,推导出径向夹紧状态下高速剪切适宜剪切温度的理论表达式。在此基础上进行了金相分析对比,深入研究了试件剪切断面的微观组织形态,进一步说明了高速剪切与普通剪切相比具有更好的断面质量。

Abstract:The high speed shearing is a new kind of precision shearing process,the reasonable select of shearing parameters affect the section-quality directly. A theoretical expression about the rational shearing temperature of high-speed shearing was put forward,which is an important influencing parameter on the section-quality of shearing process. The conclusion was drawn by considering the temperature variation dued to heat diffusion and deformation work. On the above basis,the metallography analysis was performed and the microcosmic structure on the cracking section was researched. The results indicated that as compared with common cutting method the high-speed pricision shearing technology can get better crack quality.
