汽轮机振动故障诊断知识信息服务系统

摘    要:汽轮机组故障诊断推理过程大多在信息不完备的情况下进行,需要解决规则不确定性、推理不确定性及规则参数获取等问题。针对上述问题,依据故障诊断规则的充分性、必要性属性提出了基于双参数的加权推理方法。汽轮机组故障诊断的专家经验知识是故障诊断工作的重要保障,知识信息服务系统的研究是开发故障诊断专家系统的基础。文中设计并实现了结合数据库技术、网络技术的知识信息服务系统,实际工程应用表明,该系统具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The method based on dual factors is presented and then adopted in the presentation of fault diagnosis rules in terms of the problems of uncertainty, sufficiency and necessity in these rules. The expertise of steam turboset fault diagnosis is critical to fault diagnosis as well as the development of steam turboset fault diagnosis knowledge-base system, forming the basis of the steam turboset fault diagnosis expert system. Moreover, the database and web techniques have been applied in the system. Field application shows that the system proposed is effective and feasible.
