摘    要:充分利用环境影响评价工程分析的结果和清洁生产原理,研究开发化工建设项目清洁生产的中高费方案,作为污染防治的主要措施,可提高建设项目环境影响评价的清洁生产水平和环评质量,改变末端治理为全过程控制,以实现节能、降耗、减污、增效的目标,谋求经济效益和环境效益的同步协调发展。

Abstract:By using engineering analysis results of environment impact assessment and cleaner production principle thoroughly, mid/high cost cleaner production technique in chemical project will be developed to prevent and treat pollution. It can enhance cleaner production level in the environment impact assessment and EIA value, change terminal treatment into whole process controlling, achieve energy saving, stuff descending, pollution reducing and benefit increasing, and try for the harmoniously development of economic and environmental benefits.
