基于语义的Internet研究

针对Internet互联网当前提供的海量、离散的信息只能面向人类，而不是面向计算机的这一现状，研究采用知识表示的方法赋予页面信息一定的语义——语义Internet，实现人机和计算机之间基于语义的交换和处理的本体论。Internet信息向基于本体语义信息的转换，即本体的标注、本体的集成和本体的建立。语义Internet的应用及其实现的基础和环境。

The Internet Research Based on the Semantic

The current internet provide great capacity for information, therefore, the situation is discrete information only faces to the human, but not to the computers. According to the research, adding the semantic to the web information can realize information exchange and process, which is named the ontological, between humans and computers. Now, the information in the interuet is transforming to base on the semantic information, noumenal label, noumenal integration and noumenal construction. This paper will expatiate the foundation and environment based on the implement and realization of the semantic Internet.
