摘    要:针对ANSYS软件Shell单元无法得到应力线性化数据的问题,采用Shell单元建立了典型化工设备模型,通过具体分析Shell 51单元的数据,给出了应力线性化评价数据的计算方法和相应计算公式,实现了Shell 51单元模型的应力线性化分析计算。同时,通过实例分析得到的结论,对于指导利用Shell51单元模型进行分析设计评估和化工设备的安全评价具有重要的作用。

Abstract:A typical chemical equipment model was founded using Shell unit because the Shell unit in ANSYS software could not obtain the stress linearization data. Through the concrete analysis of the data of Shell 51 unit, the calculation method and corresponding formula of the evaluation data of stress linearization was given, the analysis calculation of stress linearization of Shell 51 unit model was realized. Some important conclusions were derived with practical examples.
