智能化齿轮齿距测量方法研究

摘    要:为解决传统齿轮齿距测量方法存在的同步困难、稳定性差、操作复杂等缺点,提出一种基于微机和高速数据采集系统的齿轮齿距测量方法,采用自适应控制技术实现了测量时间间隔与齿轮转动速度的智能化同步。该方法成功地应用于EVTM齿轮齿距测量仪升级改造,大大提高了测量精度和抗干扰能力。

Abstract:To resolve the problems of hard synchronization, poor instability and complicated operation of the traditional pitch tester, a method based on PC and high-speed data acquisition system is introduced. The self-adaptive control technology is used to synchronize the measuring interval with the turn speed of gear. This method has been successfully applied to update the EVTM gear pitch tester whose measuring accuracy and anti-jamming capability have been significantly improved.
