关于巨型钢锭电渣技术之我见

摘    要:重大型装备制造业是国民经济的重要支柱。重大型装备制造需要超过单重100 t直至300 t的锻件,大锻件生产的限制性环节在于缺乏优质巨型钢锭。本文根据生产实践总结了巨型锭电渣重熔的技术、质量和经济优势。指出,电渣技术是生产100 t以上直至300 t重大锻件用巨型钢锭的理想方法。

Abstract:Manufacturing industry of the heavy equipments is major pillar of the national economy.To manufacture the heavy equipments demands more than 100t up to 300t forging a piece,and shortage of quality gigantic ingots is a restrictive link in production of the heavy forgings.In this paper,the technologic,qualitative and economic advantages on gigantic ingot ESR process are summarized on the basis of the productive practice.It is pointed out that electroslag technology is an ideal process of manufacturing giganti...
