热冷轧订单追踪管理系统是武钢整体产销资讯系统中比较重要的子系统之一。掌控生产订单整个生产过程中的执行状况。整个系统以生产订单为中心,准确掌握生产订单的执行状况,动态掌握各工序间实物量流动情况,按订单准确计算待炼钢申请量并以此提出炼钢浇次计划,对无主板坯自动适配订单。

Design and Realization of the Production Order Tracing System for Hot and Cold Rolled Products

The order form tracing and management system for WISCO's hot and cold rolled products is one of the important subsystems in the integrated production and marketing information system in WISCO since the information about the creation and implementation of the product orders are all under its control. This system centering around production orders accurately controls the execution of the production orders, dynamically shows the physical materials flowing conditions in each production process and precisely calculates the quantity of steel waiting to be refined and then puts forward a schedule of refining and casting heats according to the production orders. For those slabs without customer the production order will be automatically adapted.
