| 摘 要： | 分析和比较了GB 150常规设计规范和JB4732分析设计规范的特点及优劣势,介绍了2个采用分析设计规范成功实施的实例.认为,由于常规设计的局限性,已越来越难满足化工新产品、新工艺开发过程中对压力容器设计的合理性、安全性和经济性等方面的要求,不利于新型设备的开发和使用;JB 4732-1995分析设计规范所采用的分析设计法是工程与力学紧密结合的产物,可以解决压力容器常规设计所不能解决的问题,反映了近代设计的先进水平.分析设计规范的大量应用将有力的推动化工容器设备的创新开发.

| Abstract: | Properties,advantages and disadvantages of GB 150 conventional design specification and JB 4732 analysis and design specification,two successful examples which use analysis and design specification are introduced.It is regarded that due to the limit of normal design,it is more difficult to meet the requirements on rationality,safety and economics of pressure vessel design during the development of chemical new products,new process,which is not good for the development and use of new device;the analysis and design method which is used by JB 4732-1995 analysis and design specification is the combination of engineering and mechanics,which can solve the problems that can not be solved by pressure vessel normal design,reflect the advanced level of modern design.Abundant application of analysis and design specifications will strongly promote the innovation and development of chemical vessels and device. |
