pH值对溶胶凝胶法合成钙长石超细粉末的影响

摘    要:采用溶胶凝胶法合成钙长石超细粉末。利用对胶体的观察以及衍射分析技术和粒度分析技术,讨论了溶胶凝胶法制备钙长石过程中不同pH值的胶体形成凝胶情况以及对粉末粒子大小和分布的影响。研究表明,取pH=2时效果最好。

Abstract:Anorthite ultrafine powders were synthesized by sol-gel method.The colloidal observation,X-ray diffraction analysis and particle size analysis were employed.And then the effect of different pH values on the gel formation as well as the powder particle size and distribution were discussed.The results indicated that the best parameters was pH=2.
