电解法制备氢氧化锂的研究进展

摘    要:简述了氢氧化锂的应用,详细阐述了电解法制备氢氧化锂的不同生产方法、原理,以及原料中各离子对电解的影响及要求。分析了各方法的优缺点,并结合中国锂盐的基本情况和发展现状,总结了目前存在的问题,对前景做了预测。指出了在简化方法、降低成本生产氢氧化锂的同时,兼顾资源综合利用和环境保护是今后研究开发的方向。

Abstract:The applications of lithium hydroxide in different fields were briefly introduced.The different preparation methods and principles of lithium hydroxide by electrolysis,as well as effect and requirement of each kind of ion in the raw materials on electrolytic process were described in detail.Advantages and disadvantages of those methods were analyzed.The existing problems were summarized and the prospect was predicted on the basis of fundamental realities and current development status of Chinese lithium salt industry.Furthermore,it also pointed out that the future direction of research and development. That is not only to pay attention to simplified method and reduced cost,but also consider the comprehensive utilization of resources and environmental protection.
