摘    要:以硫酸法钛白生产过程中的中间产品工业钛液(TiOSO4)为钛源,通过常温水解获得正钛酸,经草酸溶解获得草酸氧钛酸,再与氯化钡共沉淀得到草酸氧钛酸钡,高温煅烧后制备得到电子级钛酸钡产品。实验确定最佳制备条件:钛液水解pH为2.5~3.5,草酸氧钛酸生成温度和草酸氧钛酸钡共沉淀温度均选择50~70 ℃,共沉淀pH为2.5,煅烧温度为800 ℃,煅烧时间为2 h。分析结果表明,以工业钛液为钛源生产钛酸钡的成本明显低于偏钛酸。

Abstract:Barium titanate product of electronic level was prepared with oxygen titanium sulfate(TiOSO4)which was the intermediate product in the production process of titanium white industry.Specific preparation process was as follows:titanium acid was obtained from TiOSO4 by hydrolysis at room temperature,then oxalic acid dissolved titanium acid,oxalic acid oxygen titanate was reacted with barium chloride,and the oxalic acid oxygen barium titanate was obtained.Then barium titanate product of electronic level was prepared after high temperature calcination.The optimum preparation conditions were as follows: titanium hydrolysis liquid pH was at 2.5~3.5,temperatures of oxalic acid oxygen titanate preparation and oxalic acid oxygen barium titanate precipitation were both at 50~70 ℃,coprecipitation pH was 2.5,calcination temperature was 800 ℃, and calcination time was 2 h.Analysis results showed that taking industrial titanium liquid as titanium source to produce ba-rium titanate was significantly lower than the cost of metatitanic acid.
