低温冷风高速切削时硬质合金涂层刀具磨损的研究

摘    要:分别在常温微润滑、低温冷风和低温冷风微润滑条件下高速切削难加工材料,对硬质合金涂层刀具磨损形态、微观形貌进行对比分析,研究绿色制造工艺中低温冷风高速切削加工时硬质合金涂层刀具磨损机理。

Abstract:The hard alloy coating cutting tools are used to cut hard-processing materials in high speed under the normal-temperature microlubrication,low temperature and cold wind,and low-temperature,cold-wind microlubrication condition.A contrast analysis on the wear shape and the microscopic appearances of the tools is carried out,and the attrition mechanism of hard alloy coating cutting tool used in high-speed cutting under low temperature and cold wind in green manufacture processing is researched.
