摘    要:齿轮热处理工艺是齿轮加工过程的重要部分。本文阐述了利用VC 6.0为开发工具开发齿轮类热处理CAPP系统的过程,用户利用这一系统,能方便地完成齿轮热处理工艺设计,从而提高产品的质量,降低废品率,增加企业的经济效益。

Abstract:The heat treatment of gear is an important part of gear manufacturing process. This paper describes CAPP system for heat treatment of gears by using Visual C++ Language as developing tool. Users adopt the system to be able to implement conveniently process design of heat treatment of gears, improve the quality of products, reduce the rejection rate and increase economic benefit of enterprises.
